Coverage
- We ship to every serviceable pincode across India.
- Anjani Courier Service is our primary courier. Where Anjani does not serve, your order is sent via India Post, so effectively every valid Indian pincode is deliverable.
Processing and delivery time
- Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
- Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier.
- Timelines are estimates and may vary during festivals, sales, or due to courier or weather delays.
Shipping charges
- Shipping is free across India. The price you see is the price you pay — no delivery charge is added at checkout.
Payment
- We accept prepaid orders only (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets via Razorpay). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Tracking
- Once dispatched, we share your courier and tracking details, usually over WhatsApp, so you can follow your parcel.
Business hours
- Tue to Sun, 10 AM to 8 PM. Monday closed. Orders placed on Monday or after hours are processed the next working day.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
- Please enter a complete, correct address and a reachable mobile number. Orders returned to us due to a wrong address or repeated failed delivery may attract re-shipping charges.
