This policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled.
Cancellation by you
- You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched.
- To cancel, message us on WhatsApp at +91 72495 18325 with your order number as early as possible.
After dispatch
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Replacement Policy if there is an issue with the delivered item.
Refund on cancellation
- Since we accept prepaid orders only, if you cancel before dispatch the amount you paid is refunded to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days (timing depends on Razorpay and your bank).
- Note: our "replacement only, no refund" rule applies to delivered items. It does not apply to orders cancelled before dispatch.
Cancellation by us
- We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery issues to your area. If we cancel a prepaid order, we refund the full amount.
